EU Consumer Protection Law (Order Withdrawl) Follow

Under EU consumer protection law, customers who buy goods or services online have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods — no reason required. This is known as the "cooling-off period."

Any business selling online to EU consumers — regardless of where the business is located — must provide:

• An easy-to-find button or link (ours is located in our returns portal)
• A two-step confirmation flow where the customer confirms the withdrawal and provides their name and order details
• An automatic email confirmation sent to the customer after withdrawal

Exempt products — the 14-day right doesn't apply to everything. Common exemptions include custom/personalized goods, perishable items, unsealed digital software, digital content where the customer acknowledged losing the right, and fully performed services.
