Can I change, add to, or cancel the order I just placed? Follow
We know mistakes happen! Regrettably, we are unable to change, cancel, or add to orders once they are processed and payment authorized. Our fulfillment center works very hard to turn orders around quickly, and some of our items come from third-party vendors. Our process is highly automated, so there is little we can do once the order is submitted.
If the delivery address is incorrect, we can update the address on file and have the order re-sent once the original package is returned to our shipping center. Items purchased in error can be returned for a refund or exchange.
