During the checkout process you are presented with an offer to add 'Easy Returns' to your order.  This is an 'opt in' process but if you added to your order inadvertently, you can request a refund from customer service.

Please note that if you remove this option from your order and receive a refund, you will be responsible for paying the postage on a return should you need to return or exchange your item(s).
