How do I return or exchange my order? Follow
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items for a refund within 90 days of receipt. All credits for refund will be applied to the original credit card used for payment. No credit or refund will be issued for items beyond the allowed return period of 90 days.
GreaterGood does not pay to ship back returns or exchanges. However, if you opted in for returns coverage at the time of your order, a return label and/or QR Code (if available in your area) will be provided to you for free returns once you complete the return information in the link above. If you did not opt in for returns coverage at the time of your order, you may return your package at your own cost via the carrier of your choice or buy a return label through our return portal. If you choose to return it on your own, we suggest using a service that provides delivery confirmation and offers the option to put insurance on your package for the value of the item(s) enclosed.

Important Notes about Returns:
- You must have a printer (to print a return label). We are unable to mail a return label to you.
- If you do not have a printer, you can choose the option of a QR Code (Smart Phone required) ONLY IF CARRIERS IN YOUR AREA ALLOW FOR QR CODES (not all locations allow for QR Codes. If they are available for your area, you will be presented with this option during the return process)
- You will print a label and bring it to the designated shipping facility for the return
- You may be presented with an offer to upgrade for additional money to have it picked up by FedEx at your home. (Must have a printer to print the label and attach to package for pickup)
If you do not meet the requirements above, simply package your items, include a note showing your name, address, email address and order number (if known) and return instructions (please note you will be responsible for return costs using this method)
Original shipping and handling charges (including customs fees, broker fees and tariffs for international shipments) are non-refundable.
Returns are subject to be reviewed prior to any credit or item exchange will be issued. Returned items must be in new, unused, unlaundered condition (if applicable), with all original tags attached and original packaging and parts included.
If an item is returned in a condition that is not new and has been used or damaged, (including but not limited to being dirty, soiled, with hair, laundered, or damaged by smoke smell or liquids) no credit, refund, or other compensation will be issued.
Sales are final for all custom items, as well as Outlet and clearance items. Outlet items are products which are located in the Outlet category, are marked "Outlet" on the product page, and/or for which the customer received a discount of 30% or more from the regular item price. No returns are accepted or refunds/credits allowed for Outlet and clearance items. Outlet and clearance items are limited to stock on hand.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for the arrival of your order and the processing of your exchange or return once mailed.
