In response to Covid-19 and the various 'Stay at Home' orders in place across the country, GreaterGood is extending its return and exchange timeline from 45 days to 90 days to allow additional time for our valued customers to return merchandise.
(All other return / exchange policies are applicable.)
We will work tirelessly to satisfy our customer's needs and make it easy to shop with us. We appreciate your business as you directly benefit worthy causes with each and every purchase you make.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items for exchange or refund within 90 days of purchase, subject to some restrictions.
Orders cannot be canceled or changed once the checkout process has been completed, an order number issued, and shipment process begins.
Some items on our stores are custom printed and fulfilled by our partner TeeLaunch. As a result, we do not accept cancellations, changes, returns, or exchanges for these items unless there is a defect with the item. This policy is clearly stated on all Teelaunch custom item pages.
In the rare event that a Teelaunch item is shipped with a defect, we will offer a replacement or refund if the defect is reported within 30 days. Regrettably, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues.
